Thank you everyone i nearly have enough to pay for the surgery to remove the remaining pieces of nail from the nail bed. zane doesn't seem to mind all that much possibly because of the pain meds. but it bothers me. seeing his finger without skin or nail kinda looking like ground beef each time i change the bandage it doesn't look any worse but it makes me cringe. zane will be heading back to school in the morning. but yes it is his left pinky finger the gause and finger brace look so big on his little hand. though he is one tough little man.
